原文文本 - English英语 Whereas a civil action is now pending in the Queen’s Bench Division of the High Court of Justice in English in which The Major and Burgesses of the London Borough of xxxx are Claimants and xxx Corporation are Defendants and in the said action the Claimants claim relief in respect of money due by way of a service charge within the meaning of section 18 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 owed to the Claimants under the covenants of a lease between the Claimants and Defendants dated 30 March 1987 for the premises situated at xxxx United Kingdom.
Under English Law, every presumption is made in favour of a foreign judgment. A judgment of a foreign court of competent jurisdiction is capable of recognition and enforcement in England. In setting limits on the enforceability of foreign judgments, section 50 of the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982 defines an overseas country as “any country or territory outside the United Kingdom.” Xxx really falls within this definition and a valid judgment of its courts will thus be treated the same way as would be the valid judgment of any other foreign court.
If an English court were faced with a valid judgment of the xxx court, on similar terms to the judgment sought in the presence case, it would recognize and enforce it.

Composition of household and Roles of Family Members
The mother has lived alone since her husband xxx passed away in 2002 after fallen ill in 2001. She has two daughters in the family. Her elder daughter xxx visits the mother in her home every evening after work, having dinner with the mother and stays with her for a while. After that she has to return to her own home because she has to look after her eight-year-old daughter. However, xxx’s home is close by, only about 500 metres away from the mother’s. They managed to send their two daughters to the key primary schools near home and then to the key secondary schools and universities in Beijing. “Key” means those schools in the Chinese educational system that have exceptionally good reputation in academic standards and are usually hard to be admitted unless one has excellent standard with outstanding academic performance. The primary school xxx went to was xxx Primary School in Beijing in which she studied for six years.
With great interest and she excelled in art, xxx entered the Middle School Attached to the Central Academy of Art and Design in Beijing in which she finished six years of secondary studies.
She then went on to university which is also a key institution - Beijing Film Academy. One of her teachers was the world famous Chinese film director Mr. Yi-Mou Zhang. xxx was majored in Film Editing because her interest and academic background in art.

‘The Council is committed to introducing a lettings scheme that offers greater choice to all those seeking housing and enables people to make well-informed decisions about their housing options.
