I have copied this phrase verbatim. It comes highlighed in the text and thus I suspect it is a clause which has yet to be finalised. This is the ENTIRE clause by the way, it actually does stop at the colon (i.e. after the colon comes an entirely different clause. There are two issues here:
1. The "é" at the start I suspect is Portuguese, as one of the companies involved is indeed from Lisbon, so, is this meant to be a verb or the word "and"??? [There is another sentence in Portuguese later on, again, it seems another comment highlighted to some unknown person involved in the contract, possibly a lawyer.]
2. In any event, I am having trouble with a decent rendering from the part beginning "será el que resulte..." and on to the end.
Any light shed would be of great help. Thank you.

I believe that the text you received was a draft. That should explain why: (a) there are some Portuguese words in the text ("é" means "is," and "e" means "and"), (b) the next word after the letter “e” [and] starts with capital “E,” and (c) there is a colon after which no further text relates to it. This is my suggested translation:
This is an all-inclusive price, and the amount set for the present contract shall be the unit price, which will result from the units duly executed and measured at the [construction] site.
