Spanish term

s/accesorios

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Transport / Transportation / Shipping
This is taken from a list of total items from a budget for a tender for work at a power plant. I realize that s/ is usually "sin" but in this case it doesn't seem to apply.

The context is as follows:

IMPREVISTOS

S/ACCESORIOS, HERRAMIENTAS Y
MANO DE OBRA (15%) US$ XXX

There are a number of this type of sentence on the list. I have put "without" but it doesn't make sense to me. Is there anyone who can shed some light on this?

I hope I have explained myself :)

Thanks for your note. I am now certain that this is the correct meaning in this text (and the proofreader thought so too).

Lynda, could you provide other examples of this type of sentence that appear on the list in order to make sure what the S/ stands for?
